It depends, if he's annoying other players ban, if just hacks for fun I will advertise him once and then ban.
2.) How would you deal with a spamming situation?
Kick the spammer. (Or wire he if it's a command for thar)
3.) How many admins do you know?

4.) How would you get rid of a ban evader?
By a range ban (IP ban)
5.) What would you do if a UG member joined?
Ban he.
