I think in a serie of teleports with basejumps, example: /bj 1 an easy jump from a skycraper.. /bj 10 a harder jump in a cave... With tunnels, flies next to the ground... Pass throught pipes...
With a base in Mount Chilliad with some pipes in it to practice

There's already a military base for the top of Chilliad, but i like your Ideas, maybe add them to the Non-DM minigames  |
